Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account dashboard and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.
- 4.Technical Inspection & Refund
Our technicians will verify the device's condition within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
